​1. Role of the Platform: Ynoms acts exclusively as an online marketplace and aggregator, serving as a bridge between buyers and sellers. The ultimate responsibility for product quality, warranties, or guarantees lies with the respective vendor or restaurant.

​2. Service Usage: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

​3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation: Orders are subject to product availability and serviceable location. Customers can cancel their orders free of charge before the restaurant or vendor accepts them. If a cancellation is requested after the vendor has started preparing the food or processing the order, a cancellation fee may apply.

​4. Pricing & Payment: Prices may vary due to real-time market changes. Payment must be completed online or via COD (if available).

​5. Delivery, Returns & Refunds: We strive to deliver on time but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. For returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

​6. Prohibited Use & Account Suspension: You may not misuse our platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or resell our products. Ynoms reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any buyer or seller at any time without prior notice if they violate platform policies, engage in fraudulent activities, or place fake orders.
